RATING VERIFICATION

Rating will be verified at Check In.

Tournament ratings recorded from Major Leisure Games Events will be taken into consideration in determining the Entry ratings for the 2015 Hawaii Classic.

There are limits on acceptable differentials between a Tournament Rating (the rating used by a player to enter the Hawaii Classic Events) and an Event Rating (the rating level the player is shooting in the Hawaii Classic Events). If a player’s Event Rating exceeds their Tournament Rating, They will need to enter future Leisure Games Events and play at the newly acquired Card Rating.

Said rerating does not impact the teams and the standings within the flight from which the stats were derived.

A player may be rerated by the Hawaii Classic Tournament Committee. Once a player is rerated, the new rating applies throughout the remaining Hawaii Classic Events (cannot go down). If a player is rerated twice, said player will be disqualified from further participation, will not receive prize money from the event in which the second rerate occurred and will not receive refunds for subsequent events. Said player’s future eligibility in Major Leisure Games Events will be determined after the Hawaii Classic Events.

GAME REQUIREMENTS

All Hawaii Classic Open Event Entrants must have participated in a minimum of 7 weeks of match play in the Medalist or Pacific Summer Dart League and possess a registered DARTSLIVE Card.
Only one DARTSLIVE Membership card shall be utilized for the entire event.

Players possessing multiple cards shall use the card with the highest league/tournament rating.

Mandatory: All players must use the same DARTSLIVE Membership Card for the entire Hawaii Classic Weekend. No changing cards.

PENALTY: disqualification for the entire event.

All NRP’s must meet minimum game requirements

Players that are active in a National/International League/Tournament System from Out of State are eligible for Hawaii Classic Events with verification of rating from their National/International Organization and will participate at a rating determined by the Tournament Committee.

TOURNAMENT PRICE PER PLAY

At Major Leisure Game Tournaments, The Price Per Play Will Be:

All Games – $1.00 Except “901”

RULES AND CONDUCT

Players have 5 minutes to report to their tournament board to avoid the first game forfeiture, then 7 minutes to avoid forfeiting the match.

Any misconduct for example: abusing the dart boards is subject to verbal warnings, yellow card cautions, and red card suspension/ejection from event and possibly entire tournament. Two yellow cards will be equivalent to a red card suspension/ejection.

In addition, when, in the opinion of the Tournament Director, an individual or a group of individuals threaten to disrupt the harmonious progression of any Leisure Games Event, the Tournament Committee reserves the absolute authority to subjectively interpret and decide actions that will best allow the progression of any Leisure Games Event.
