Pacific Dart League Rules

All Pacific Dart League Players must utilize a single registered DARTSLIVE Card and be the only person utilizing said card throughout the Season, Playoff, and Finals.

SP – Seasoned Permanent Player that has recorded the minimum games to qualify as a Team member in the Previous Season may enter the upcoming Season with their League Ending rating or their current League Card rating whichever is rating is higher.

SR – Seasoned Restricted Player that has recorded the minimum games to qualify as a Team member a season prior to the Previous Season may enter the upcoming Season the same rating as the Previous Season or their current League Card rating whichever is higher.

NT – New Temporary Players should estimate the Rating they will finish the Season at (Final Rating). New Temporarily Rated Players or players absent for 2 or more consecutive Pacific Dart League seasons will be subject to the Bust Rule. NT Players must consider the possibility of improvement as an Unseasoned Player. If upward movement of an NT player affects the Maximum Combined rating or Individual rating of a team a roster change will be necessary. NT Players may rerate themselves by informing their Dart Coordinator and work with League Directors to consider their options.

Bust Rule – Teams that utilize Temporary Rated Players who underestimated their Final Ratings by three or more rating points may not finish higher than 4th Place in their division standings. Busted Players CANNOT play in Post Season and Open International Events unless approved by League Directors.

DARTSLIVE League Ratings will be utilized in Pacific Dart League Seasons and Post League Events Qualifying

Maximum combined rating points per team to participate are as follows:

AA – 24 points, no individual

A – 21 points, no individual

BB – 18 points, no individual

B – 15 points, 9 individual

CC – 12 points, 7 individual

No 2 players combined ratings on a team roster may be over the Team Maximum Points

New players must consider their potential for improvement prior to the start of any Pacific Dart League Season

Seasoned Players must enter at their end of previous season or their current rating whichever is higher.

Should a Seasoned Player (Player from last season) improve by a rating point the Maximum Team Cap and/or Individual Cap will be raised if necessary to accommodate the improvement of the Seasoned Player to continue playing on that team. This situation will be allowed for the improved player and team only. If a player is added or an NRP needs to be utilized they must be within the Team Maximum Points for that flight.

Teams will be penalized $12 for a Forfeit.

Forfeiture Time is the scheduled starting time – standard time not bar time. At least one rostered member must be present to utilize options by working with Dart Coordinators and/or League Directors to start a match. Forfeitures will award 100% of the games to Winning Team. No point money is awarded for Forfeit wins. Forfeit wins do not count toward Finals Standings (Win Percentage).

If determined a minimum of 2 hours prior to Start Time, a match may be rescheduled with approval and the combined efforts of Both Team Captains, Dart Coordinators, Location Owners, and League Directors. The Team requesting a rescheduled match must have their opponent contact a League Director with the newly scheduled match date and time. An unplayed rescheduled match will result in a forfeit win by 1 game or current winning percentage whichever is more advantageous for the winner.

Unreported and/or Unplayed matches will result in Double Forfeits with both teams losing by 1 game

Any team accumulating 3 Forfeits and/or Double Forfeits will be Forfeited out for the season

Fair Play Etiquette – Whenever a team is down in a match by 3 or more games, the team down by 3 games will be first to the board in throwing order.
